What does a Standard Episode actually include? add
A 2-hour studio block, up to 4 mics, multi-track audio recording with leveling and noise reduction, a 4K static-angle video, guest lounge access, edited audio + video delivered within 48 hours.
Can I bring my own producer or guest hosts? add
Absolutely. Bring whoever fits the show. We've handled co-host setups, panel sessions, and remote-guest hybrid recordings. Just give us a heads-up so we can prep the right number of mic channels.
Do you handle distribution to Spotify, Apple, etc.? add
For Premium and Monthly tiers, yes — we publish to your feeds on schedule. For Standard, we deliver upload-ready files. The Distribution Setup add-on covers initial channel setup if you're starting from scratch.
What's the cancellation / reschedule policy? add
Reschedule free up to 48 hours before the session. Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit a 50% session fee — but we'll work with you on real emergencies.
Do you record outside Birmingham? add
Yes. The mobile rig travels regionally — boardrooms, churches, corporate offsites, live events. Long-distance bookings are quoted custom (travel + per-diem on top of session fees).
